Eileen, a retired Air Force veteran and a dedicated wife and mother of three residing in Maryland, has been an integral part of the Hope & Serenity Farm Sanctuary from its inception in 2017. Serving on our board of directors, Eileen contributes significantly to our operations, overseeing responsibilities as a secretary and managing scheduling for various sanctuary activities.

Her role ensures that all incoming inquiries are appropriately directed, thus facilitating efficient communication within our sanctuary. Additionally, Eileen's helping hand can be found at the heart of our special events, where she steps in as a volunteer whenever extra assistance is required.

Eileen takes immense joy in witnessing the transformation of Hope & Serenity Farm Sanctuary from an ambitious dream into a haven of healing and peace for a diverse range of animals, visitors, and volunteers alike. The success stories of both animals and humans flourishing in our environment resonate deeply with her.

While Eileen expresses an egalitarian affection for all our animal residents, she has a particular soft spot for horses. However, the list doesn't end there; dogs, cats, and many other sanctuary animals also hold a special place in her heart.
